Edwardyne Cowan

Co-founder & Coach
Edwardyne brings dynamic leadership and over 25 years of experience in theatre, training, and sales to her coaching work. Her special interest is in helping clients change their communication behaviors through mindful self-awareness, strategic and conscious decision making, practice, and positive reinforcement. With sensitivity and a passion for excellence, Edwardyne coaches her clients to tell their stories using their voice, body, emotions, and spirit to become their most authentic selves. Prior to launching her own boutique coaching and training company, Edwardyne worked in a variety of roles and industries: as a headhunter for derivatives traders, as a Beluga whale trainer at the NY Aquarium, and as a Broadway actress, to name a few. As a consultant and executive coach committed to education, equality, and mental health advocacy, Edwardyne uses her coaching and facilitation skills in partnership with several non-profit organizations to close the opportunity gaps in NYC public schools. Additionally, she volunteers with The National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEABPD) to deliver mindfulness and communication skills training to families of emotionally dysregulated/ BPD patients. Edwardyne has a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from the College of New Rochelle. She obtained her ICF Associate Coach Certification (ACC) through CTI, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a member of ATD, IMATA, Actors’ Equity, SAG-AFTRA and the Manhattan Mother of Twins club.

Violet Bennett

Co-founder & Coach
Violet brings a unique blend of psychology, theater, and mindful performance to her coaching practice. She approaches leadership as a dynamic fusion of art and science, grounded in her belief that authentic human connection is at its core. Her coaching approach is rooted in her training with CTI and their Co-Active Model, a philosophy she passionately advocates for due to its emphasis on nourishing the individual's inner resources. A graduate of Villanova University with a focus in Psychology, Cognitive Science, and Philosophy, Violet provides a deeper understanding into human behavior and cognition, enhancing her coaching particularly for clients that struggle with limiting perspectives and self-images. With deep empathy, she helps her clients navigate who they want to be and how they choose to show up in the world, transforming their relationships with themselves and the communities around them. She brings these skills to serve a diverse client base across the globe, in private coaching and Executive education programs at Columbia University, Bain & Company, InterBank, and more.

As an actor, Violet trained with the prestigious Barrow Group Acting School and is a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association, having performed in various musicals, plays, and films. In her coaching, she combines her expertise of performance and mindfulness practice (Brown University, UC San Diego) into one playful and grounding presence that fosters self awareness and joy for life.

Victor Barbella

Victor’s rich background in learning-development and the arts infuses his work as a speaker, certified coach, and consultant. His purpose is to inspire expression and illumination, guiding others to discover, embrace and shine their unique, individual light. He’s had the privilege of working with people of all ages and walks of life from all over the world. His very diverse career spans the worlds of public-school teacher, teaching artist, professional actor, TED speaker coach, executive coach, and communications consultant– in addition to many, many years of bartending and waiting tables. Diane Cullen

Coach
Diane is a dedicated and highly skilled speech-language pathologist based in New York City, whose career has been shaped by a deep passion for helping individuals communicate more effectively. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Brooklyn College, where she first discovered her calling. Diane holds the prestigious ASHA certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology, underscoring her professionalism and expertise. Her career began in the Early Intervention program, working with young children, and has evolved to include roles across various educational settings, including preschools, elementary schools, and now high schools. In each of these environments, Diane has addressed a wide range of speech and language challenges, including autism, apraxia, articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language issues, and fluency disorders. Diane’s training in PROMPT therapy, a hands-on method focused on improving articulation, has further enhanced her ability to support children and adults with specialized needs. She is known for her unwavering commitment to her clients, helping them gain confidence and communicate with clarity. In addition to her work in schools, Diane offers freelance speech therapy services, with a focus on accent modification, which allows her to extend her impact to a broader community. Her mission is clear: to make a positive difference, one word at a time, helping individuals improve their communication skills and build meaningful connections.

Byron Darden

Coach
Byron is a stage and television actor, educator, published author, keynote speaker, and senior consultant with a focus on leadership development and change management. He has designed and led training programs globally for over a decade and his nearly 30 years of coaching spans from the world of figure skating to the executive boardrooms of fortune 500 corporations. Byron has a unique approach to coaching that is based in the world of figure skating, where he is an accomplished championship-level athlete and Olympic coach. In addition to serving as president of his own company, Triple Axel Executive Coaching, Byron has gained invaluable experience as board president, vice president, and director roles for nonprofits, and as the Director of Skating for Washington Ice Skating Association, Seattle. Byron devoted a decade to the hospitality and restaurant industry and is working on his first book on leadership. Byron is an InclusionScore Diversity and Inclusion Professional (DIP) consultant certified in ISO-30415 based D&I Service Management (DISM) and a certified Prosci change management practitioner. He is a graduate of Landmark Education, completed coursework in Mass Communications at Emerson College, obtained his Essential Facilitation certification from Interaction Associates and is a Double Master Rated Coach, Professional Skaters Association (PSA)

Joel Gluck

Coach
Joel is an executive coach and leadership trainer with 30 years of experience. He has trained and coached clients on six continents at companies from the Fortune 50 to non-profits, as well as through his work with the executive education programs of Harvard Business School, Columbia, the Kellogg School of Management, Duke, and other institutions of higher education.  Joel works with leaders to improve their executive presence, shift ineffective behaviors, build confidence, increase emotional intelligence, inspire action and organizational change, improve individual and team relationships, approach difficult conversations, foster team development, and achieve emotional stability and work-life balance. A conservatory-trained theater artist, Joel has directed and performed in professional productions throughout North America. Joel also has an extensive background in psychology and human behavior. He holds a master’s degree in education from Lesley University, and has trained extensively in human development, relationships, and communication. He has worked internationally with challenging populations including prison inmates, traumatized survivors of disaster, and individuals with severe personality disorders—and has taught hundreds of mental health workers in the US and abroad.  Joel is also a long-time practitioner and teacher of meditation, helping clients achieve calm and non-reactivity, even under extreme stress.

Joanna Glushak

Boasting three decades of performance and educational expertise, Joanna, a distinguished Broadway actress, has graced 15 Broadway shows and honed her craft through classical training at the esteemed Yale School of Drama. Her extensive background spans musicals, plays, film, and television, providing her with a holistic understanding of the entertainment industry.
Informed by her classical training and diverse mentorship, Joanna embraces a coaching philosophy tailored to each individual. With an intuitive skill set, she empowers clients to unlock creative potential and authentically embody characters. Her teaching style prioritizes the discovery of what uniquely works for each individual through insightful questioning and playful flexibility. She emphasizes individual growth and specific performance results, while ensuring clients gain confidence and focus in their artistic pursuits. Marylee Graffeo

Coach
Marylee is an actress, producer, singer, writer, and storyteller who most recently won 2nd place in the July 2022 Moth Radio Hour Story Slam Boston. She is the co-producer and co-host of “Stages Podcast” and can be heard wherever you listen to your podcasts. Her production company, TIMA, founded with Tony Award winner La Chanze, is part of the investment team for Broadway’s Kimberly Akimbo. As an actress, Marylee performed in the first American company of “Ragtime” in Los Angeles and in the longest running off-broadway play in history, “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.” She writes for Gaiam Yoga, The Elephant Journal, LA & Boston Yoga Magazine, Bliss.com and Life As A Human Magazine. ​ Her essays explore yoga and focus on her experiences with her fifteen-year-old son Seb, and the ways he helps her grow. He makes her crazy with his aspiration to be a pro-boxer! Marylee received her BS in Communications, Television Communications, Theater, and Voice from Emerson College. She is a registered yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and founder of Chakras Yoga. Adena Maestre

With 25+ years of corporate experience as a human-centered leader and well-being expert, Adena empowers leaders and individuals to deliver extraordinary results through realized potential, confidence and balance. During her extensive work experience at a world-class biotechnology company, Adena led global teams through elevated performance and process improvements. Known for building a motivated and highly engaged work-force through coaching and empowerment, Adena consistently focused on creating a healthy and happy environment to enable her team to thrive and do their best work. Adena understands what leaders and organizations need to function in a fast paced, ever-changing environment as well as the importance of balance and resilience. Now as an executive and personal development coach, Adena supports individuals to step into their full potential, conquer self-doubt, illuminate blind spots and deepen self-awareness so they can fully show up and proactively manage their growth, development, and effectiveness. In addition to her corporate experience, Adena also ran numerous half marathons, marathons and Spartan races (obstacle course races). Hope Miller

Coach
Hope Miller is a Cincinnati-based facilitator, coach, writer, and mom. As a seasoned consultant, she uses theater and psychology to help business leaders develop the relationship and communication skills they need to succeed at connecting and delivering messages. Helping her clients discover and lean into their own confidence is a particular skill she brings to her work. Moreover, Hope is adept at virtual facilitating and coaching. Comfortable on a variety of online platforms, she empowers her clients to use technology as a tool for engagement and impact. Her coaching philosophy is simple: she meets clients where they are and helps them get to where they want to go. Her study of and training in yoga and Gestalt Therapy guide her coaching. Over the past decade, Hope has coached individuals at all organizational levels from individual contributors and front-line managers to C-Suite as well as across industries. She has assisted her clients in building their confidence, honing their communication skills, and reconnecting to their values.

Hope moonlights as a poet and performer and has been involved with Playback Theatre since 2015. Somewhere in between all of this, she is mama to a little girl.

She holds a B.A. in Literature from Yale, a M.A. in English from the University of Utah,and a M.A.T. in English from Agnes Scott College in her native Atlanta. An amateur gardener, outdoor enthusiast, fair-weather meditator, and committed yogini, Hope lives in an old house in the woods in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood with her wife, daughter, two dogs, one cat, too many chickens, and some goats.  

Stephen Nachamie

Stephen is a coach, educator, and an award winning stage and film director with over 30 years of experience. As a director, he has worked on Broadway, in New York, Regionally and internationally. Perhaps most noteably, he was the Associate Director for the Tony Winning Broadway Revival of SHE LOVES ME in 2016. Stephen has also served as Director and Facilitator of WITNESS PROJECT for UJA, NY, bringing together Holocaust Survivors with High School students to tell their stories in a Theatrical and Film presentation.

As a coach, Stephen has worked with a diverse group of clients from film stars and recording artists to corporate executives. Relaxation and presence training are the core of his work as a coach to get the best out of each individual client or team. Believing that every presentation is about clear storytelling and interaction with an audience, he specializes in helping clients to be present, engaging and clear in their work. Stephen has worked with such companies as Chase, Labatt USA, Dr. Phillips Center and the UJA in creating industrial presentations content, team building presentations and coaching executives and presenters. 

Stephen holds a BFA from New York University/ Tisch School of the Arts and is on faculty at New York Film Academy. Previously he was on faculty at New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts and was a guest teacher for NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing, Signature Theatre (VA), Broadway Theatre Project, and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Leilani Raashida Henry

As a multicultural facilitator, executive coach and organizational developmental consultant, Leilani is a game changer. Sylvia Roldán Dohi

 Sylvia Roldán Dohi, is a California based Applied Positive Psychology practitioner, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion facilitator, and Professional Development coach. Leveraging her theatrical background and corporate experience, she empowers individuals in small and large groups, both in person and virtually, to improve their skills and thrive in their workplaces.  
 
Sylvia is Certified in Applied Positive Psychology Practice, and has an additional Specialization created by the University of Pennsylvania. She is an expert presentations skills coach and is a certified Flourishing Skills Facilitator – the program used to help armed services members suffering from PTSD and other challenges. Her extensive training includes Positive Neuroplasticity (Rick Hanson), Self-Compassion (Kristin Neff), and in DE&I, both from Purdue University and from Human Rights Leader and Smith College Professor Loretta Ross, for which she serves as a volunteer facilitator for her Calling-In Groups. Sylvia has created programs on Creative Problem Solving, Influence For Empowerment, and Spanish Voiceover Skills.
 
Sylvia enjoyed a successful career in theater, including a 10-year run in the original Broadway production of MISS SAIGON. The New York Newspaper EL DIARIO honored her as an Outstanding Woman of Hispanic Heritage, and the United Way selected her to represent their Asian-American campaign. Sylvia's diverse skill set culminates in her belief that positive energy, effective communication, and creativity enhance both work and life, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Maggie Steig

Maggie Steig, PCC, boasts a distinguished career spanning 17 years, where she has made significant contributions internationally as a leadership trainer, executive coach, and facilitator for esteemed Fortune 100 companies and prestigious executive education programs, including those at Harvard, Duke, and Vanderbilt. Prior to her esteemed tenure as a coach, Maggie thrived in the realm of corporate events as the owner and director of Extraordinary Events, where she specialized in designing, selling, and producing large-scale events in the Boston area. With a profound emphasis on fostering self-awareness and expanding clients' visions of themselves, Maggie's coaching methodology is tailored to each individual, offering clarity to their goals and strategies for enduring professional and personal growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Maggie's diverse background includes a past career as a professional actor and improv performer, holding membership in SAG and Equity. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Metalsmithing from Boston University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving Britain’s Royal Society for the Arts Medal. 

Lynn Smith

Lynn is the Founder and Director of The Center for Mindfulness, LLC at Mind Body Knox and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in EMDR therapy. Utilizing a combination of evidence-based treatments, Lynn has had vast experience working with individuals to reduce stress, heal from trauma, and enhance quality of life both personally and professionally. She is a Level 1 Qualified MBSR Teacher and a Certified mPeak (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness, and Knowledge) Coach.

Lynn is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work with over 20 years of experience in counseling and social work. Lynn has 12+ years of experience as a trauma therapist specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment and comprehensive therapy. She is an EMDR Institute Facilitator, and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant. Lynn currently serves as the Co-Coordinator and Approved Consultant for the East Tennessee Trauma Recovery Network, part of the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program.

Dawn Swenson

Dawn Swenson has a passion for guiding leaders through periods of transition and growth. She leverages her 21+ years of experience in sales, product operations and change management to help individuals and teams achieve their full potential.
She is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a Prosci® Change Practitioner, ensuring she can effectively navigate the complexities of organizational change.
Outside of work Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, lots of laughter, and walking her dog. In addition she attends or curiously strolls any type of antique, vintage, or arts & crafts fair.
